About us
What is FTVP?
FTVP stands for Film & TV Principles: the published house standard our studio follows. FTVP Studios makes educational and entertaining content in that style: children's and family animation, factual films and podcasts, free for everyone to watch.
Meet the founder
Salam, I'm Abdellah. I have more than 15 years' experience working in the mainstream industry. Inspired by my faith, and frustrated by the shortage of wholesome content for my own family, I was led to this path.
Where our style comes from
Our house style is a creative decision: calm and modest, built on voice and the sounds of creation.
It is inspired by published Islamic guidance on film and media, and it is our own choice of style. These are the four parts of it.
Real sound
Voice and the natural sounds of creation carry the story.
The living world
Real places, plants, animals and people, shown with care.
Drawn worlds
Our own characters and settings, drawn by us in a calm, modest style.
Peaceful, honest stories
Gentle stories that are true to life, without mocking anyone.
This is not a fatwa. It is the house style we chose for our own films.
